To date I have completed a sprint triathlon and a few days of the wam-300, completing my first century ride. (100 miles in one day in bike speak)
I have plenty of room for improvement, but wow the thing I have done - I didn't think I could do. WOO HOO!

map my ride
Mapmyride. Go there, check it out! I am using it to tell me approximate calorie burn and to track my walk/runs and my bike rides. You can also map on there (obviously) as well as find other maps made by other people. This site rocks!!
