So here is my plan.. I am not going to add stress of a diet right now, but instead going to start making small changes and hopefully some big ones too. Eat less and more healthy choices, no eating when I am not hungry! Most importantly - EXERCISE! I have done the treadmill for 2 weeks now, so yesterday was on to the bike.
I used to ride my bike a LOT, that was why I got this new bike just before I got married. It has hardly been ridden - a shame isn't it?
There was plenty of huffing & puffing.. I only did 8.42 miles in 45 minutes, but it is a start!
GOAL: 300 mile, Make-A-Wish bike race July 2008. 100 miles a day for 3 days.
