Well, hey.. since Jan 1st I am down 6 lbs. :)
Hope to keep it up! How I have lost weight and still eat some junk every once in a while is beyond me.. must be the spinning class!

The story of my training from fat to fit. To date I have completed a sprint triathlon and a few days of the wam-300, completing my first century ride. (100 miles in one day in bike speak) I have plenty of room for improvement, but wow the thing I have done - I didn't think I could do. WOO HOO!
