Water

I am challenging myself, at least 8 glasses of water a day. Every day. Before I was living with, and married to, DH (Dear Husband) I never drank pop (Yes, Mr. Soda.. I said POP!) I always drank water, tea, milk, or occasional coffee or cocoa. I am not sure why I drink that crap... Maybe even some Crystal Lite would be better than that? I don't know.. but I am challenging myself to drinking something that is nearly free - water!

  1. Hey, good for you! Just keep at it. Once you get into a routine it'll probably be easy for you. I know drinking water is great for you.
